We know that Letting Agents are responsible to both tenants and landlords and require a reliable service and a prompt answer to their phone calls for help with heating and plumbing issues. Active Heating works with Estate Agents and Private Landlords to respond quickly to problems in rented property and we send a same day email to report the work done. Some agents offer our Active Care contract to their Landlords as they benefit from our pro-active service with updates on work booked and work completed. Solicitors - Home Buyer Surveys

Active Heating provides three levels of survey to Home Buyers to report on the safety, legality and currency of heating and plumbing effectiveness and efficiency. This is a value added service from Conveyancing Solicitors who understand that detailed system defects are not covered in a Surveyor’s report and can be an expensive disappointment if not discovered before Contracts are signed.
