Letting Agents
We understand the demands of the Letting Agent/Landlord/Tenant triangle and we provide reliable support to a number of Letting Agents as well as private Landlords to respond quickly to heating and plumbing breakdowns in the rented property. The Landlord or Agent benefits from our reports by email immediately after the visit. Some Agents offer our Active Care contract to their Landlords as an added value service. Home Buyers
We operate a Home Survey Service for Home Buyers so they can be forewarned of any poor or unsafe standards of heating or plumbing in the property prior to Completion. We also work with a national firm of Solicitors who offer the Surveys to their Home Buyer clients as an added value service. Home Buyers may choose the Heating only Survey or the Plumbing and Heating Survey. Results are given same day by email as time can be critical in the buying chain.
