Breakdowns

No matter how much care and attention you take to maintain your system there is always the possibility of a breakdown. That is when the Active Heating team can be great to know.

We will always try and repair an appliance on the day but, if that is not possible, our office will obtain the parts as soon as possible, call you with quote and make an appointment for a return visit.

  • Boiler breakdown
  • Water leaks
  • Hot water cylinder problems
  • Cold radiators
  • Faulty under floor heating

Customers with regular Active Care contracts are reassured that the cost of parts and labour are covered by their monthly payments (subject to some exclusions).

  • combi and system boilers – gas and oil
  • oil tanks
  • LPG systems
  • New or extended gas pipework.
