Central heating and hot water care scheme

For just £20 per month Active Heating offers same day unlimited access to our local Gas Safe or OFTEC registered engineers for all breakdowns, repairs and servicing on the hot water and heating system. It includes the essential annual boiler and hob service. This is a local company offering a great service to local people who want the reassurance that their home or tenanted property will not suffer unexpected bills for breakdowns.

We do not subcontract this service. The office staff know you and the engineers know the history of your heating and hot water systems.

An initial survey is carried out within a month of you signing onto the scheme to check you meet the basic requirements for joining and includes safety checks.
